Returns Policy

Is what's been delivered to you not what you were expecting?

Please fill out the form in the Contact Us section!
We will need you to have your order confirmation email as proof of purchase handy in order to get an exchange or refund.

If you want to send your product back because you have changed your mind about your purchase (and it hasn't been opened or used or damaged), you may send it back to us through our courier. 
Please contact us for shipping address and courier details.

 

We will refund the product cost less our cost of shipping the product to you. You will need to arrange and pay the cost  to courier the product back to us in this case.

When you ship it back to us it will need to be wrapped up with bubble wrap as we had sent it to you.

Returns are subject to approval which will not be unreasonably withheld.
Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges of specially ordered products unless damaged or opened products for hygiene purposes.


How to Return a Product

Products can be returned via the Maverick Cosmetica website. You will need your order confirmation (receipt) available as information on this is needed as proof of purchase. Refunds will be applied to your account as store credit or credited against your original method of payment, eg to the credit card you used to make the purchase. If you would like to return a product but cannot complete the form online, then please contact us using the Contact Us Page to arrange this. Make sure you have your order details handy.

Refunds or Wrong Product Delivered

We apologise if you have received a product that is faulty, or if you have received the wrong product. You are welcome to an exchange or refund. Please contact us using the Contact Us page to arrange this. Please make sure you have your order details handy.

Faulty Products

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act you are entitled to have your product repaired, replaced or refunded.

All products supplied by Maverick Cosmetica are vigorously tested to international standards. However, as with any mass produced products, there will always be the possibility that a tiny percentage may exhibit a fault, which is why we provide a 7 day return to base warranty on all goods.

Simply contact us using the Contact Us Page to enquire about returning the product for inspection.

Damaged Product

If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the product came as CourierPost will need to inspect it. Please contact us using the Contact Us Page and we will organise the return of the product for inspection and we will endeavour to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
